03rd of February in 2001, Master Ven. Dr. Bodagama Chandima Nayaka Thero ordained five Sri-Lankan children and five Nepali children at Shrine room with many Maha Sanghas in Dharma Chakra Child Foundation, Weedagama, Bandaragama, Sri-Lanka. Ven. Attudawe Piyaratana Nayaka Thero, Ven. Dr. Kumbukwawe Panyakitti Thero, Ven. Dr. Pallewela Sarada Thero, Ven. Dr. Akuratiye Nanda Thero, Ven. Dhammapala Thero of Nepal (who brought five children to Sri-Lanka), Ven. Rerukane Punyarathana Thero, other many Maha Sangha and some ministers were participated in this Ordination Ceremony.
The specialty is that the same day is the birthday of Ven. Dr. Bodagama Chandima Nayaka Thero. He gave ten new lifes on his birthday. The ten new life advantagors were Rev. Kassapa, Rev. Angunukolawewa Paduma, Rev. Bodagama Sumana, Rev. Mahawawa Samita, Rev. Bodagama Nanda from Sri Lanka and Rev. Udita, Rev. Lakkhana, Rev, Kushala, Rev. Narada, Rev. Piyaratana were from Nepal.
